All areas must be empty of breakables. If we are moving furniture, our team will do their best to protect your assets and move the furniture back to its original location. A&S Flooring will not be responsible for any breakage of anything.

To ensure a smooth Floor installation, please make sure to follow these steps prior to the arrival of your new floor:

1. Clear all rooms of breakables
2. Disconnect wiring of any electrical equipment such as computers, TVs, video games, etc
3. Box up any books from your bookshelves,
4. Clear tops of all tables,
5. Remove all valuables.

We will move and reset your furniture, and install your new floor. We will not hook up electronics, computers, TVs, cables, etc.

-Dust to be expected when sanding and refinishing a hardwood Floor

-Light dust is to be expected after refinishing a hardwood floor even after cleanup by the crew.

-After staining, please expect to touch up any stair riser and baseboards afterward

-Fumes from the finish can be very strong, please allow 24 hours for the final coat to dry

-No pets or people in the home when the finish is applied and drying

-It is the homeowner’s responsibility to Air-out the home after the final coat has dried.
